79 viewsMy best clean run was 110 seconds, but I know I could have done better. The SCCA club had issues with their track timers, so we got a late start in the AM, and only got 4 timed runs. I spun out in my 1st run, but still finished in 122 seconds. My 2nd run was 118, but I clipped a cone. My 3rd and best (and only clean) run was 110, and my 4th run I plowed through some cones in the final slalom.

33 viewsThe Lambo's, Ferraris, and other exotics were out in force. Some American Iron, too. (Yawn.)

30 viewsJeff's S4 Avant takes the course. 115 seconds in a station wagon! (6 speed twin turbo V6!!)

24 viewsThis BMW was tearing it up- he was so smooth through the turns. I think he was under 100 seconds.

29 viewsFor fun, a police car "chased" a Mitsubishi Evo through the autocross course.
DSCF4679.jpg
36 viewsThe police car lost by a WIDE margin. :-)

29 viewsAt the starting line- it was nice to be able to peel out for once- I NEVER do that with my good tires!
DSCF4682.jpg
21 viewsHeading through the 1st few turns. The unsealed concrete was extremely grippy, and the Kumho tires and lighter 16" alloy wheels really made a difference.

44 viewsJeff King comes to the line in his modified R32. The same 6 spd all-wheel-drive system as the TT, plus the same basic engine as the Corrado (stroked to 3.2 liters instead of 2.8) = a fun autocrosser!
